Content and marketing strategist with 8 years across B2B SaaS, PR, and communications.
I take what a product actually does and translate it into language that moves people: blog content, landing pages, email sequences, social strategy, internal comms. Not just words on a page, work that gets read, ranks, and drives the next click.
Recent work spans SEO-driven content for cloud communications platforms, website copy and messaging frameworks for SaaS clients across multiple markets, and full-funnel campaigns from positioning through launch. I don't hand off a project halfway through. I stay in it from strategy to execution to the report that shows what worked.
Owning relationships end to end. Onboarding, strategy, and the kind of consistency that turns a first project into a long-term partner.
Blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, social strategy. Copy built to move people, not just fill a page.
HubSpot funnels, lead scoring, and AI-assisted workflows that keep campaigns running without losing precision.
End-to-end event management and the employer branding work that builds a company's reputation between campaigns.
My path into marketing didn't start with a title, it started with the belief that the right words move people to act, and that belief has driven every role since. Most recently, that's meant managing a portfolio of B2B and SaaS client accounts end to end: onboarding, strategy, execution, all of it, backed by AI-powered workflows that let me scale output without handing off quality control to a machine.
That conviction got sharpened at Endava, where I owned the full HubSpot funnel as Senior Demand Generation Specialist. Lead scoring, nurture workflows, segmented campaigns, and weekly reporting that leadership actually used to make calls, not just file away. A campaign isn't done until you can prove what it did, and that's where I learned to prove it.
I've also taught what I practice, because explaining something well means you actually understand it. I lectured on Marketing and E-commerce at Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, a course backed by Google.org and Moldova's Creative Industries Association, built for the next generation of multimedia producers stepping into a market I already knew inside out.
Before that, at FusionWorks, I built a strategy that grew online presence by 20% and audience engagement by 30%, proof that showing up consistently beats the occasional big swing. Alongside that role, I ran Moldova DevCon as Event Manager, the country's biggest tech conference, and learned firsthand that a brand gets built in a packed room just as much as in a campaign deck.
At Crunchyroll, I owned employer branding and communications for a global entertainment company: internal comms, external PR, CSR partnerships, and the events that pulled them all together. What I took away: a global brand only works if the local conversation lands. At ISD Moldova before that, I built the company's social strategy from scratch and ran employer branding from the ground up, because somebody had to prove the function earned its seat at the table.
The earliest years were pure craft, content work for Pentalog and a French ecommerce platform, plus a marketing specialist role that taught me CRM and lead qualification from the inside out. I was writing for people who weren't reading in my first language before I even realized that was a skill worth having. Everything I do now still runs on what I picked up back then.
Comfortable moving between formats, markets, and languages, and picking up new tools before they become the norm.
Taking the account or campaign from first draft to final report, without waiting to be told the next step.
Reviewing every campaign for what to do differently next time. Small adjustments, made consistently, over waiting for the perfect version.
Building for what the client and their audience actually need, not just what's easiest to deliver.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ASEM (Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova).
CIM certification in Marketing and Brand Strategy from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, plus ongoing training in AI and ABM.
Outside of client work, I like staying close to the marketing community in Moldova, mentoring people earlier in their careers, and keeping an eye on how AI is changing the day-to-day of this field.
